Who we are

MyWorkforce Global is a Contractor of Record and staffing product operated by Cliffale Technologies, based in Nairobi, Kenya. This policy explains what information we collect through this site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly, and a small amount of information collected automatically.

• Contact and request-form details — name, email address, company, role or budget information, and anything you write in the message field.
• Candidate and contractor information — if you apply to work with us or are proposed as a contractor for a client engagement, we collect the details needed to assess fit and manage the engagement, such as work history, skills, language ability, availability, and contact details.
• Basic technical information — standard web server logs (such as browser type and pages visited) that most websites collect automatically. We do not use this information for advertising, and we don't run third-party ad-tracking scripts on this site.

How we use it

• To respond to requests submitted through the contact form.
• To evaluate and match candidates and contractors to client engagements.
• To administer active engagements — onboarding, invoicing, and ordinary business communication.
• To keep the site secure and working correctly.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it to build advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

Information is shared only where it's needed to do what you've asked us to do:

• With the client organisation, when you're a candidate or contractor being placed on an engagement.
• With service providers who support our operations (for example, email or invoicing tools), under terms that limit their use of your information to providing that service.
• Where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Cliffale Technologies or others.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form submissions and candidate information for as long as it's relevant to an active or prospective engagement, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you get in touch again. You can ask us to delete it sooner — see "Your choices" below.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies or local storage strictly needed for it to function (for example, remembering that you've dismissed a banner). We don't use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information we hold, but no method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

Because we work with clients and contractors across regions including the US, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East, information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above.
